Life as a wife and mom can be crazy, chaotic and overwhelming.
At any given moment there are about a million needs, demands, responsibilities and opportunities competing for our attention.
Whether it’s diapers that need changed, bills that need paid, toilets that need scrubbed, kids’ homework that needs done, or a treadmill that’s been calling your name for days……
It often feels like there just aren’t ever enough hours in the day or days in the week to do everything that needs doing!
Here’s the reality: it’s not more time or money or space or things or people we need in our lives to be happy and experience more joy or fulfillment.
Peace isn’t just what we feel when things are quiet, calm and working in our favor.
Peace is that thing that enables us to stay calm, have faith and keep hope amidst all the noise and chaos going on around or within us.
We can’t always change our circumstances or surroundings, but we can change our perspective, our attitude, and our behavior.
That’s exactly what I’d like to invite you to join me in doing!Over a period of 10 days we are going to get intentional about creating and cultivating more peace, more purpose and more joy in our everyday lives – together!
The need is obvious, and the assignment is simple.
All you need to do is show up and tune in every day for less time than it takes to watch your favorite show on Netflix.
